I want to use custom filed in print signature on a Modern Quote Template

Hello All, 

I am customizing the Modern Quote Templaet further and am having an issue with the below 

1. Unable to add a new field to the print signature template. I need one more. 

2. Unable to pull a custom property that I added for product into the quote. I read that this feature was in pipeline. Any update or progress on it?

PS: I am a business user.
