I'm consulting for a startup and their customer base in now large enough where tracking/reporting/acting on key indicators of churn (e.g. no logins in the product) is becoming really important. The CS team just can't "know" who might need attention any more. I realize that platforms like Gainsight, ChurnZero, etc. are purpose built for this kind of thing but the customer is too small to spend $$ on separate technology right now. So, I'd love to instrument HubSpot to show these indicators (fed in from our Product) and potentially trigger relevant workflows. Is this possible?
Quite good timing. HubSpot have just released their Customer Success workspace Beta!!! It's a brand-new dedicated workspace designed to help customer success managers. Any user with a Service Hub Pro or Enterprise seat can access the customer success workspace. You can opt into public BETA's by following this guide: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/opt-your-hubspot-account-into-a-public-beta-feature
I've utilized Census and Hightouch to integrate data (health scores or actions) into HubSpot. Both platforms offer free plans, which typically cover your primary use cases. @stuartbalcombe created this short video demonstrating how to set this up.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEaHzW5nP_Q
Thanks. I looked at Arrows and it seems to be about using Hubspot for onboarding. I want to use it for health measurement and actions which is a bit different...any other ideas?
