I'm not get the answered email in my pipeline

SOLVE

Hello everyone, how are you guys doing?

 

So, I have a question and I did not find the answer in all this topics. Hope you guys help me figure out how to solve that 😃

 

When I send a tracked email and the lead answer me back I'm not able to get this answered email in my pipeline. If I want to continue the conversatiton I have to do it in my inbox.

 

How can I fix it? because i want to have this answer inside the CRM

Replies can be logged automatically in the CRM timeline if certain conditions are met. These conditions are explained here: Do email replies get recorded in the CRM?


Are you able to confirm that you meet the conditions for reply logging?
