I know why "Someone" opens my email; does this look like it was forwarded around the organization?

I sent to one contact and cc'd another. My opens record looks like the attached. Does it appear that my email was circulated to others in the organization who are not yet contacts (that would be fine with me!) Thanks.

Hello @BSC at this time, it is not possible to definitively determine if a tracked email using the HubSpot Sales extension was forwarded. This is due to the nature of pixel tracking.
