Hey @ugurbakisuzun can you confirm what Role and Permissions you have been set in the account?
You can review these by clicking on your avatar in HubSpot, Settings and Users. Below I've listed the roles/permissions that allow you to view other contacts that you did not own/create. If you do not have the appropriate role/permissions you will need to contact your administrator.
