I’m new to HubSpot. I’m uploading a test CSV file, mapping the columns, and handling the errors (there are none left now), but the “next” button doesn’t appear—something is blocking it. Here’s a screenshot attached.
For those of you experienced with this platform, can you spot what’s causing the issue at a glance?
There's no data in my CSV file concerning the elements listed in red. No email/call activity, no deal, meeting or task yet. So there's nothing I can do there.
It looks like you're missing required properties for the objects you are attempting to create. You can use this as a helpful reference to show which properties are required to create the objects/records you're importing.
Email activity
Activity date/time (when the email was sent or received)
Email subject - At least one association column (e.g., Contact ID or Email, Company ID or Domain, Deal ID)
Call activity
Activity date/time
Call title (subject) - At least one association column
Deal
Deal name
Pipeline
Deal stage
Meeting activity
Activity date/time (meeting start)
Meeting title - At least one association column
Task
Task title (subject)
Activity date/time (or due date) - At least one association column
Once you have these values in the import file, you should be able to import. As @karstenkoehler also mentioned, if you are only looking to import certain record types, companies for example, you can remove the other activites/objects when you go through the import process.

Looking at all of the red icons at the top, it doesn't look like you resolved all errors 😄
This looks like you may have overdone it. You seem to only be importing company information. Go back to the import step where you select the data sources and only select company as a data source.
The moment you select additional sources, like calls or meetings, HubSpot expects the required identifiers for those data sources. However, those don't seem to be in your import file.
With those identifiers missing, you cannot proceed.
In short: restart import process, only select companies as a data source and you should be all good.
