I can't add a new contact

SOLVE

Hi,

I'm trying to add new contacts but HubSpot won't let me.

The options for 'create contact' and 'create and add another' are greyed out on the screen after I've input all of the contact inforation and the only option I have is 'cancel'.

Os there a maximum number of contacts I can input as I only haven=248 currently.

Help???

This issue is being addressed through another thread: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Cannot-add-contacts/m-p/34883/highlight/false#M3872. Can you please check out that thread for troubleshooting steps. If the issue persists after taking those steps, please provide the information requested in that thread including the email address associated with the user experiencing this issue as well as a screenshot with an example email address populated in that field.

If the issue persists after taking those steps, please provide the information requested in that thread including the email address associated with the user experiencing this issue as well as a screenshot with an example email address populated in that field.

I have the same problem as @JAM but your links to resolve it is not relevant. How to solve this. Why is hubspot forcing me to enter first and last name when I only need the email id?
