I am getting all my spam email logged into my CRM

I am getting all my spam email logged in my CRM even that have tack and log emails off 

I had a chat to support and they suggested coming here. 

 

They said to include the screenshot attached. 

 

I don't know what to do but I for sure don't want my emails to be logged unless I want them to. 

 

I use Hubspot google plugin to track my emails when I need to

 

How do I find out what is causing this and what to do to stop it?

Did you connect your Gmail account to the HubSpot inbox?

I had it connected without realising but the issue is still there after disconnecting it
