Hubspot email notification not printing

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND.

Received 2 separate form email notifications. I just want to print them. All other emails print, not these.

FREE CRM

Outlook 365 on chrome

Outlook app

Any suggestions?

There could be many reasons for this (Outlook settings, printer settings, font support etc.) As it is printing some emails but not these Hubspot emails I wonder if its a font support issue? You could perhaps try temporarily switching the email to plain text and see if you can print the plain text version? https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/read-email-messages-in-plain-text-16dfe54a-fadc-4261-b2ce-1...

@MatthewShepherd Thanks for trying to help. I use Outlook 365 most of the time as this is what the IT department wants. I did not see a solution for there.  The forms always printed before, nothing is new.
