As other users, we have no access to contacts. Nothing on the status page to suggest a problem at the moment?

Other users are reporting that it's back to normal for them already. I'd recommend keeping an eye on the status page: https://status.hubspot.com/

Thanks for your reply! Seems as soon as I posted everyhting was restored. Banner at the top of the screen to suggest a fix is being worked on 👍 Thanks again, Nicola
