Hubspot creates duplicate companies

Hi. I've imported a list of deals. Each deal is associated with a company and has a domain. Screenshot from my import file http://prntscr.com/noudic As you can see, all companies have the same domain format. However, Hubspot has created separate companies for each deal, and one more additional company after I imported contacts with those email domains. So now I have several companies with the same name. It happened to all companies. In my initial import file, all domains had format https://www.domain.com and it duplicated all of them. Then I tried re-importing a test company with multiple deals but changed the format to domain.com and everything went the same direction - it creates multiple companies. How do I merge them?

Hi Frank,

it doesn't solve the issue at all. That means I'd need to manually merge every company on my list. With up to 200 companies with several deals per each, I'd need to do a thousand manual merges. Can you think of an automatic solution which would scan domains of companies (which are all the same) and combine them into a single company?
