Setting up HubSpot chat on our website and also the following form was created (without us noticing it or even creating this form):
New submission on Collected Forms ".fullflow-thin, .m-auto, .text-center, .pt-2"
The source of this form submission is under Marketing > Forms > select the form and Analytics.
Our understanding is that the tracking code needs to be embedded on a page for the live chat to work, so is this mean by removing the code to stop form submissions, the live chat would also not work.
We just really would like to switch off this form so not receiving the form data to our CRM but still use our chat.

Hi @D-K ,
If you're adding the live chat to a website that is not hosted with HubSpot, you need to add the tracking code your external pages before you create a live chat. The live chat will not appear if the tracking code is not installed. Chk this articles here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/chatflows/create-a-live-chat.
And for the form, if yiu don't want to collect the data of the forms in the, sw the toggle off for forms in HubSpot main setting:
-Click the setting icon in the main navigation bar
-Marketing > Forms
-Click Non-HubSpot forms tab and switch off the toggle.
(keep in mind, now none of your non-HubSpot form data will be tracked in HubSpot now. For the particular form, you just can delete it)
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the tips.
We have removed the form, but it seems it has auto-generated itself again and yet collecting data into our CRM.
Can we prevent these forms to collect further data permanently?
We also understand that this is part of the tracking code. Can we remove this safely?
Thank you kindly!
