If you're adding the live chat to a website that is not hosted with HubSpot, you need to add the tracking code your external pages before you create a live chat. And for the form, if yiu don't want to collect the data of the forms in the, sw the toggle off for forms in HubSpot main setting: -Click the setting icon in the main navigation bar -Marketing > Forms -Click Non-HubSpot forms tab and switch off the toggle. (keep in mind, now none of your non-HubSpot form data will be tracked in HubSpot now. For the particular form, you just can delete it)
