Hubspot Update

Good morning,

I've a question for anybody that can help me.

Is it true that when Hubspot release an update/patch some fields on the tables underneath can be deleted?

A friend of mine told me that after an Update some fields in the DEALS table disappeared.

For me he is talking no-sense.

Can you please confirm me this ?

Hi @AMissio 

While it is correct that sometimes when the product is updates,

there may be some impacts on usage, this is becoming less and less frequent.
However, HubSpot does update and release new features and properties

and usually discontinues older versions (always communicating about it first),

so it may be in these cases that you have stopped seeing the information

both in the record views and in reports.

Could you specify which table exactly you are referring to?

Broadly speaking, no, there are no instance of a new product update being rolled out which causes fields or data to be deleted.
