HubSpot sales not loading

HubSpot sales is not loading - current version of Chrome in use, computer has been rebooted, logged out of HubSpot and back in. Can get dashboard to load but contacts, companies, deals and tasks will not load.

HubSpot page is not loading in Chrome. Tried opening in Incognito and Microsoft Edge and still does not load. ☹️

I checked our status page here, and currently, All Systems Operational working correctly.

Could you please provide us more details, such as screenshot, does this happens after you clear your browser cache?

What steps have you taken so far to troubleshoot this issue? Have you: 

1. Cleared your cache

2. Tried opening in different browsers

3. Try loading the CRM in an incognito window

If the issue persists after taking these steps can you please send along the following information: 

1. What browser(s) are you seeing this issue in?

2. Are other users experiencing this issue? 

3. Send along screenshots of what you're seeing.

I clreared all caches

I have the issue in Crome, Explorer, and Firefox

And all users have this issue

there is no need to send pictures since nothing is loading when i open uo the deals

@MFS can you confirm that the issue is occuring across multiple internet connections (different wifi networks) as well as on different computers? Is the issue specific to the deals tab or is it the entire HubSpot platform? 

The more information and specifics  you can provide, the more expedited the troubleshooting process will be. 

I would also recommend trying in an incognito window to ensure there are no extensions in your browser preventing the page from loading. If the issue persists through different internet connections as well as in incognito mode, please send along a har file.  If you cannot upload the har file to a cloud based location, please let me know and I will advise on next steps.

its mainly the deals that doesn't work, if i click on a deal it doesn't open (i also cant put in a dolor amount in new deals)

I have tried on many different connections and still doest work (for a number of months)

i also tried with a incognito window, but  doesn't work

Hi @CO and @jeh,

Thank you for posting. HubSpot is currently experiencing issues loading for some customers, which may be causing your portals to not load certain content. HubSpot is aware of the issue and as we get more information it will be posted at status.hubspot.com.

I would recommend clearing your cache to ensure that there is nothing preventing your portals from loading, however if the issue persists, can you send along screenshots of what areas of the app are not loading for you?

Can you please confirm what browsers you're experiencing this in (chrome, safari, firefox, etc.) as well as whether it occurs in an incognito window and that you have cleared your cache?

This is happening with Chrome and safari both. I am using a MacBook Pro. 

Happens in the incognito window too.

Hey Jenny,

So i tried connecting to my personal hotspot using my phone's network and things work but when i switch back to my wifi network I am back to square one.

Do you know why this is the case?

If you can provide me with: 

1. A HAR file when trying to log in
2. The public IP address of your network and whether its you, your company, or shared with others.
