HubSpot integration with Formidable Forms

resolver

Hello, has anyone had any experience connecting HubSpot with Formidable Forms and mapping fields to display entries on HubSpot CRM? I've already connected HS with FF, but not sure what are other steps, I understand that it's probably field mapping, but where to start? Do I need to create those fields on HS and then somehow map them with FF?

Hey @DJeffers9 this would be down to how your integration is sending the data. Have you ensured your semi-colons are url encoded when sending?

There's some info on that here

There's also another post which might help here.

Yes, to connect HubSpot with Formidable Forms and map fields effectively, follow these steps:

  1. Verify Connection: Ensure Formidable Forms is properly integrated with HubSpot. You might need a plugin or API key for this.
  2. Create Fields in HubSpot: Set up the necessary custom fields in HubSpot CRM to store the data you’ll collect.
  3. Map Fields: In Formidable Forms, navigate to the HubSpot integration settings. Match the form fields to the corresponding HubSpot fields.
  4. Test the Form: Submit a test entry to confirm the data is transferring to HubSpot as expected.
  5. Automate: Use workflows in HubSpot to assign tasks or notify your team about new form entries.

HubSpot integration with Formidable Forms

Hi,

We have a connection from our Formidable Forms on our website to our HubSpot account.

Everything is connecting we can see data passing into HubSpot.

However -- we have a multi-select checkbox field. If only one checkbox is selected it works perfectly.
If more than one is selected the workflow can't "parse" the data.  In the formidable log file the data looks as below:
 "value": "connections;audio-connections;security-connections"

Formidable Form to Hubspot

Thank you. I've seen this article numerous times and I managed to map name
or email. But I have a quite a complex form, with conditional logic,
selects and text fields. How to map those?

Hey @kisunaite I haven't used formiddable before, but HubSpot wouldn't control or even be aware of any logic you have on an external form. All the integration basically does is accept data sent to it. So if you have advanced conditional logic or anything like that on your external form it should just be a matter of mapping those fields to HubSpot properties. Then whatever data is submit on the form will submit data to those HubSpot fields.
