We are a private language school and we want to use HubSpot to grow.
I'm wondering if there's a way to add class registration details and payment information onto the CRM.
For example, when a student has gone through the sales pipeline and has "won", how can we add which class(es) they are registered in and what payments are outstanding?
Is there an elegant way to do this natively within HubSpot, or else are there any external app integrations that you can offer?
Would appreciate hearing from other private education providers to learn how best to manage student enrollment and payment data.
Thank you both, @sharonlicari@darynsmith for the responses. Using custom objects on user accounts seems the most elegant solution. I have also noticed that there is a Moodle LMS (which we already use) integration, so we will investigate how that will work to share student enrollment information
We are using QuickBooks for our accounting, so will consider implementing the HubSpot integration for generating invoices and tracking payment information. In Somalia, payment is done through their own ZAAD mobile money system, so I presume that any transactions will have to be entered manually, unless there's a way to hire a support team to develop a custom integration.
HubSpot is really elegant and friendly to use - it's the integrations with other productivity apps that complicate things, so we really appreciate this community. Thanks again!
