HubSpot Analytics : no sessions or page views attributed to paid search

SOLVE

Hello everyone,

I have the Marketing - Advertising report in HubSpot, but it’s empty.

HubSpot is not associating conversions with campaigns, nor is it linking page views and sessions.

•The Google Ads accounts are correctly synced with HubSpot.

•The pixels are set up correctly.

•The UTMs are correctly implemented.

These are non-HubSpot forms used on the website.

The API posts for lead creation are sending the hubspotutk cookie correctly, but HubSpot Analytics is not linking them properly.

In HubSpot Analytics, I have no sessions or page views attributed to paid search.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

HubSpot Analytics : no sessions or page views attributed to paid search

SOLVE

Hey @CObligi, thank you for posting in our Community!

Please check if the hubspotutk is being passed in the session context when leads are created via the API.

Also, ensure that auto-tagging is enabled in Google Ads and that HubSpot is correctly pulling in GCLID data. If the problem persists, try testing with a HubSpot form to see if tracking works there.

I hope this information helps,

Pam
