How to use one hubspot account for multiple business units

So, my question is that within the CRM of our company we have 5 business units operating, with shared customers that can be in different lifecycles, so the option of a CRM for each BU is discarded. If it is possible to operate in this way, what is the best way to do it and what paid plan from Hubspot would suit it? Remembering it may imply in the reports, as each BU has its own.

Hi @MarieSH, a good question.

You can create a custom lifecycle property for each business unit.  Could look something like this:

Contact name: Jon Smith
Bunit1 Lcycle: Ready to buy
Bunit2 Lcycle: Not interested
Bunit3 Lcycle: Actively nurturing

Information can be seen by everyone from all business units. Also any one property can be updated without it effecting the others.
