How to use HubSpot to track reference requests and status

SOLVE

Right now we use an excel document to track reference requests that we solicit from our clients.  I am looking for a way to move out of excel and document this in HubSpot.

SOLVE

Hi @JHolthouse,

 

You could create a ticket pipeline for reference requests: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/customize-ticket-pipelines-and-statuses

 

(Alternatively, in an Enterprise setting subscription, you could create a custom object.)

 

Each reference request could the through different request statuses. It could also be associated to the customer (company) record and easily accessible.
