Moving a dashboard between two HubSpot portals feels like it should be a single click, but HubSpot still ties every report and dashboard to the original account.
From what I know there’s no out-of-the-box “export to another portal” button; the product team has a long-running idea thread about it that’s still Not plannedcommunity.hubspot.com.
Here’s the cleanest way to get the job done right now:
• Re-create the key widgets manually. Open the report in Portal A, click Actions → Clone, note the filter logic, then rebuild that same report inside Portal B’s dashboard. Cloning is only allowed within one portal, but the interface shows you every setting so copying takes a minute per widget knowledge.hubspot.comcommunity.hubspot.com.
• Hand over the numbers, not the layout. If management just needs the figures, use Actions→ Export on each report or email the whole dashboard; colleagues in the other portal can rebuild from the spreadsheet. It’s quick and requires no special rights.
• Developer route for many dashboards. HubSpot’s Reporting API lets a developer GET the JSON of each report from Portal A and POST it into Portal B. You still have to swap internal property IDs (they differ per portal), but once the script is written it migrates dozens of dashboards in one shot developers.hubspot.com.
Hope this helps.

This isn't a default function, but there are tools that can help. Supered is a GREAT option. Reach out if you'd like some help with that...we're already Supered Partners and would be happy to assist.
There are other options on the marketplace as well, but that's what we're most familiar with. Others may chime in here with additional solutions.
