Copt to the company record... from where?
Generally this sounds like the client should simply associate the call / notes when they're making the notes: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/associate-activities-with-records
No need to copy anything, just making the call / note appear in multiple records.
This can be done manually, as linked above, or automatic rules can be set up / configured: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/configure-automatic-activity-associations?hubs_content...
