How to show form submission in prospecting playlist?

Hi guys, we are getting new leads via form submission. However when I am in the prospecting playlist window, I can see emails but I can't see form submission. It just shows that the lead has sent in a form, but not its content.

Is there any solution to this? It just says "No property updated"

@YAydin - Form submissions that state 'No property updated' means that the data submitted in the form already existed in the CRM. 

E.g. If the form fields were 'First name' and 'Last name' but these properties already had values in the CRM no properties were updated by the form.

Hi @HFisher7, I don't know why it says that but it's actually new data. We have tried it with completely new contacts as well, it always says "No property updated".

However we aren't filling out forms directly, customers are filling out a form on another website and we are using Zapier to transfer that data to a HubSpot form.

@YAydin - Got it.

My assumption then is that the data is being pushed into the CRM before the event of the form submission, so by the time the form submission event is logged the CRM already has the data and hence the 'No property updated' message. But not a certainty without understanding how the zap is set up.

Hmm ok, but even if that's the case, is there no way to show the contents of a form submission even if no properties have been updated?
