How to set email reminder time from log call

When I create a task to follow up from log call, there is no options for reminder time. The default is 8:00 am, is there any way that I can choose time instead of going to Task to edit it?

I see that many people find it necessary to change the default time, but Hubspot has not been able to fix this feature for years? Quite odd? Should not be so difficult? Does anyone have a workaround?

We noticed that small stumbling block as well. Haven't found an elegant workaround. (yet)

@Abby @MFrankJohnson I go to the follow-up task and make my changes immediately. As Frank said it is not elegant, but .....
