How to save a template from blank canvas

Hi there!

I am new to Hubspot and just setting my account up.

I entered a template based on a blank canvas but the save functionality is not available.

Is this not possible with the free Hubspot CRM plan?

Please advise.

Hi @Heino Welcome to the community. As a free user you can add up to five templates for use in the CRM. Instructions for creating templates are located here.

When you are creating a template, you must add a title to the template (in the Name section) and text in the main body of the template in order to activate the Save Template button.

Can you verify that you added a name? If you did and the save button did not activate, please forward a screenshot and I can look further.
