How to prevent logging emails FROM a particular address?

SOLVE

Hi All,

I have my HubSpot account connected to my gmail-based business account. I have a lot of messages (probably 70%) that come in from known email addresses that I do NOT need nor want to have logged, but can't find a way to prevent that from happening. 

I'm aware of the "Never Log" functionality but that only appears to affect outgoing messages, not incoming.

It seems there must be a way to accomplish this (and since there's no way to bulk-delete messages, simply deleting the messages is a big pain as well).

Help, please!

Connecting your "personal email" to HubSpot does not automatically log incoming emails, connecting your email to the conversations inbox does.

 

I'm taking a wild guess and assume you have done the latter.

Can you confirm which setup you have.
