How to mass create deals to several companies at a time?

Hi,

is there a fast way to create deals so that I would select the companies to whom I would like to create deals? I.e. I have a "template deal" for several customers.

If you are doing the mass creation frequently, might want to consider this tool ,  a spreadsheet editor on top of hubspot deals, you can copy line items and pick associated companies or contacts from the inline-cell.

Yes, you could do this through export/import. The idea here is that it's easier to fill cells and rows in an Excel file to bulk create deals than it is through the HubSpot API.

First, you would export your companies. Then you would include information about the deals you'd like to create in that file and then import both companies and deals back into HubSpot.

For the import file, you can remove all company columns but the record ID. This must be present and it's crucial that this ID is mapped as record ID during the import process, otherwise HubSpot will create company duplicates. Without the record ID, HubSpot will also not associate the deals with existing company records.
