Hi @MarioYaranga

You mention contacts and deals in your post title but contacts and companies in your post.

Either way, these two objects are linked only in limited ways in HubSpot, due to the one-to-many relationships that can exist.

A contact can only be associated with one company, so, when exporting contacts you can include the associated company column to see which company record they are associated to.

Deals can also only be associated with one company and you can export the associated with column to see which ones.

Multiple contacts can be associated with each company and deal, so it is not currently possible to export companies and deals in a way that shows you the associated contacts.

Hope this helps.

Hi MarioYaranga,

Import2 Wizard exports contacts and related company data. Once you connected in Wizard select CSV export, and on a next screen you select fields to include into the export file as well as associated objects properties.

Here are quick videos on step by step export of on contacts and deals (as an example) and their related records from HubSpot: https://youtu.be/RwoZ2RD3Q8c and https://youtu.be/79Pe8VkFLxs.
