How to filter Contacts based on histories but with specific current value

So I'm trying to filter all contacts that have current value of the "Company Name" = [Not provided] and in the history of this Contacts I want them to have any other value except Not provided - that will give me the contacts that had some kind of issue syncing with Salesforce.

A contact submit a form where he has the company name but during sync the value of the Company Name did not get passed to Salesforce and Salesforce wrote it as [Not provided]

Ok I will try that for fix to the past data but do you know what may be the reason that this issue keep happening https://prnt.sc/stq3qj ? Also  I would like to point out that we are Syncing with Lead object not Contact ! And also the field mapping is fine we just have cases where this happens ( Also the form is fine )
