How to export all chatflow conversations into excel?

Hey I have accepted the solution although when we exported the file, it did not capture the chatbot conversation we are looking for. But at least. we are able to export the inbox and others. Thank you

Thanks for letting me know @Isabel_c, I'm sorry it didn't fully solve your question! @KenF do you know if there is a way to access chatbot conversations since they weren't included in the inbox export?

Hi @Isabel_c, 

 HubSpot doesn't offer a direct "Export to Excel" conversation option. However, you can export conversations using reports or manually copying the data.

Hi @Isabel_c there isn't currently a native way to export chatflow conversations, someone else asked the question here and @KenF provided a way to export Inbox conversations with the new Inbox and Messages API that may be what you're looking for.
