How to disconnect HubSpot from Facebook when HS account is dead

We had an old HS account which was connected to our Facebook to collect leads. The account lapsed and was deleted.

When we create a lead campaign on Facebook it gives the opportunity to connect it to our CRM. On clicking the button we see Hubspot is still connected.

We have gone to Business Manager --> Settings --> Accounts --> Apps, but it's not there to disconnect.

I've asked HubSpot support, but it's just the sales channel and they'v asked me to post here for support. Thanks.

I'm afraid neither of these options seem possible. Are they old guides?

There's no Ad Accounts option under Data Sources.

Hi @Sausage, 

If your HubSpot account is deleted but you still see it connected in Facebook Business Manager, you can try the following steps to disconnect it:

1. Remove HubSpot from Facebook Ads Manager:

   • Go to Facebook Business Manager.
   • Navigate to Business Settings.
   • Under Data Sources, select Ads Accounts.
   • Check if HubSpot is listed here and remove it if present.

2. Check Facebook App Settings:

   • Go to Facebook Business Settings.
   • Under Accounts, select Apps.
   • Look for any HubSpot-related entries and remove them.

3. Disconnect from Facebook Integration in HubSpot:

   • If possible, try logging into HubSpot and go to Marketing > Ads.
   • Check if there's an option to disconnect Facebook here.

To disconnect HubSpot from Facebook when the HubSpot account is no longer active, follow these steps:

Log into Facebook:

Go to your Facebook account and log in.

Navigate to Business Integrations:

Look for the HubSpot integration in the list of active integrations.

Next to the HubSpot integration, click Remove.

In the dialog box, ensure the checkbox for Delete posts, videos, or events that HubSpot posted on your timeline is not selected. Click Remove. This should disconnect the old HubSpot account from your Facebook.
