How to disassociate a contact from Email conversations via API or Worflow
Hello everyone,
I have an email inbox in Conversations, by default, the new email thread will be associated with the sender's contact email but I don't want to work this way.
I can observed there is a way to disassociate the contact from the email conversation before re-associating it with another contact. However we want to automate this process by either API or Automation Workflow.
Could anyone show me how to process this over API or Automation Workflow? I did try to explore Conversations API but it does not allow me to update or remove the associated contact.
