Could you please confirm that the calling is disabled in your settings?
You can check by going to settings > sales > calling > If it's enabled you can disconnect.

If it's not enabled what happens when you click to add your phone? Will the pop-up stops? Also if you close the pop up once you reload the page will show again?
Hello! I am having this same issue and have ensured that my phone is disconnected. This keeps popping up and neither "Learn More" or Connect" offer an option to opt out. Please advise--thank you!
