In my managers permissions it says i have access to delete 'everything' however when i go to try and delete a contact off the contact list as it has been entertered incorrectly or is no longer needed it says i dont have the permission to do so and it is greyed out.
I have tried speaking with the online chat but they were unable to solve this issue either.
Hey @KRoy1 do you have permissions to bulk delete records? It's possible this may be disabled and stopping you bulk deleting contacts.
If that is enabled and you have permissions to delete "everything" under the contacts object, I'd recomend getting back on to chat support, as that sounds like a bug and they'd be able to open a ticket on it for you!

Thanks for your reply 🙂 yes i do have those permissions and when i chat to hubspot on the online chat they said that it could only be resolved through the community support centre theyre was nothing they could do for me which wasnt very helpful and not sure why they dont have a solution
Oh, that's very strange. Probably not the right person but going to tag in @sharonlicari Hey Sharon! Long time no see! Do you know the correct process on reporting a bug in the community?
