How to create task when another contact replies to my sequence ?

Hi !

 

I'm wondering if it's possible to automatically create a task when another contact replies to an email in the sequence ?

 

For example, if I enroll a general email in my sequence, and a person on the team replies back. (i.e email 1 was sent to info@xyz.com and sophia@xyz.com replies)

 

It will end the sequence, but I'd like the rep to have a task to update the contact info under the business.

Thank you for your inquiry. 

 

While it's indeed feasible to establish a sequence for sending an email followed by task creation, it's important to note that the creation of tasks cannot be contingent upon whether which contact responded to the email that was sent.

 

However, I've gone ahead and generated the idea: Create task when another contact replies to a sequence, on your behalf to eliminate the need for you to take an extra step. This allows you to simply vote and stay informed about any potential updates that may arise if the product team reviews the option and assesses its feasibility.

 

The more people that vote, the higher the likelihood that it will be reviewed by the product team to assess the feasibility of its implementation.
