Hi there - I'd love some guidance in creating a 'Card' on a 'Contact' that simply lists the various form submissions from a customer. More specifically this would be the process:
Goal:
A contact visits my website and fills out an embedded Hubspot form (this is done, easy)
The form, now submitted, fills out a custom contact card on that particular contact.
While looking at that particualr contact card, I'd like to see list of any form filled by this customer with a link to that form info.
Example use case: Suppose Chad filled out a form 4 months ago, and now we speak monthly for reordering...but I want to revisit his responses to the form he filled out 4 months ago, I want to quickly access that form from his contact card, rather than going to the form page with extra clicks. This way I can see his orders, invoices, abandonded carts, AND forms filled at a glance inside the contact.
What I tried but got stuck:
1. Created a custom proeprty called 'Forms Filled By Contact'
2. Created a workflow that was supposed to map that form link to the above property...but simply coudlnt find the info.
@winsorcm - Viewing form submissions on the contact record is native functionality, so I am unsure that creation of a custom CRM card is neccesary - unless I am wildly misunderstanding what you've asked for!
As long as 'Form submissions' is checked in the filter activity screen on the contact record:
You will be able to see details of form submissions from that contact on the timeline feed on the contact record:
Not the best example, as it's just a screenshot from my sandbox, but hopefully illustrates the functionality.

THanks @HFisher7 ! Yes I discovered this AFTER I created the community post! (head smack.) However, What I was looking for initially was a card on the right pane that would look something like the screenshot (see red text) attached so that after many activities, it would be a quick glance for the sales team. Not 100% necessary, just a nice-to-have. Thanks!
I’d like to invite our experts to join this conversation so they can share if they’ve done something similar and how they display it in their CRM, to give you some inspiration.
