How to build workflow that triggers every 3 months

@HGupta9 what do you mean by timer? You would set up one annually recurring workflow for Jan 1, one for Mar 1, one for Jul 1, and one for Oct 1. If it is set up as recurring, no delays are needed.

Is everyone enrolling all at once or is there an active list driving enrollment that people will come through sporadically? If they are enrolling all at once and everyone finishes the workflow at the same time then you could just add a 3-month delay to the end of the workflow and a step that enrolls them into the next flow.
If they are running off an active list you could use an enrollment workflow that only runs at certain intervals and enrolls batches of people into your main workflow. As long as there is no time-sensitive info in emails that will become out dates this would be a good option.

@HGupta9 no, I wouldn't recommend that. While possible, it complicates considerations around enrollment, unenrollment. There are cases where it's straight forward to the most solid option is four workflows. Gap years alone are a reason to follow that path.

The workflow that you have proposed I need to keep a timer for next 1 year to build the indivdual workflow for next 3 months interval , right? Or there is another optimal way of me not forgetting this?
