How to auto add new companies that booked a meeting using Calendy and meetings not booked on Calendy

The problem:

We have HubSpot and people would book meetings from Calendy and other options they can to book a meeting with us. 

Howevery, once booked. We have Zapier to supposedly automate everything for us yet it doesn't work for meetings that are not from Calendly even though our Calendary is intigrated with HubSpot.

The Zap will trigger all meetings from Calendly to get added to Hubspot as new companies and contacts from that company. But it doesn’t work for meetings not booked on Calendly, rather that be a first meeting where we need to add the company to Hubspot as a company and a Deal, or a followup meeting that needs to be logged to that existing company.

So we're missing a lot of companies booked not from Calendly.

@jvc0611 hey, from what I've read about your setup, it seems like the solution will be more related to Zapier and your other tools, rather than Hubspot. It looks like the issue is that the Zap isn't triggered, so I'd start by looking at that: triggers.

Another option could be using Hubspot Meetings' links instead of Calendly plus a Zap. That way, you can avoid the hassle of integrating multiple systems.

As others have mentioned it seems like you need to add additional connections in Zapier. Are you using Google Calendar to manage your calendar? If so it should be fairly straightforward to setup a zap that triggers based on a new meeting. You can view details on the google calendar integration options here.

Hi @jvc0611! What other platforms are meetings being booked through? Or are they being requested in person? Which element that you mentioned do you expect to be handling this for you? 

I would think you need another Zap to integrate with other meeting booking platforms to make sure they are also brought into Hubspot. Or maybe that other platform has it's own Hubspot integration, like Teams.

It sounds like you need a few more integrations to cover more scenarios, but let us know if you're expecting something else to happen.

Hello, thank you for the guidelines. 

I tried to intregrate Zap to create a workflow wherein if someone books a meeting using my Calendly, it will allow my HubSpot to do the following:
1. Search for a "Company" and "Create" if not yet in my pipeline
2. "Log a meeting" under the same Company that was recently added to input the start and end of the meeting event. (THIS ONE IS NOT WORKING)
3. Create a deal using the company name found on Calendly (WORKING)

For some reason, the step 2 is not working. Can you tell me if you had similar casis like this? Thank you.
