How to assign multiple tasks, one contact at a time

I'm looking for a way to assign multiple follow-up tasks, contact at a time.

 

For example:

Contact: John Doe

Assigned Tasks:

Thank you call in one day.

Follow-up call in 1 week.

Follow-up call (2) in 2 weeks.

 

Any help with this would be great. Thanks!

If you are using Hubspot Marketing Professional or above you can use workflows to automate the creation of tasks: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/choose-your-workflow-actions#create-a-task

First, you need to figure out your enrollment criteria, for example when a contact lifecycle stage is set to lead (just think carefully about whether your contact's enrolment property is likely to meet these criteria more than once and if you want a contact to be able to re-enrol ), then decide if all of your tasks will be created and assigned all at once or if they will be assigned to the Hubspot user over time (i.e. whether you will add a delay step between each task created -  to avoid overwhelming a user with tasks). As you work through creating each task step you are given the option to set a task title, due date, due time, reminder email and the Hubspot user to assign the task to.

Here's what this might look like:
