How to add more members to my account and limit access

I was wondering if I can add more people to my account and if so limit the access to the contacts present?
Use case is as follows. My company provides leads for different real estate agents. I would like to invite them to my account and limit the access to the contacts to only look at the contacts assigned to them
You can restrict which contacts users can see based on ownership. For this to work, the contacts in question have to be owned either by the user or by someone in the team they are in - depending on the settings you choose.
