We’re a real estate company, and I have an active list of deals approaching a rental increase in a given month. I’d like to send this entire list to my finance team via email in one go.
Each deal has a different rental increase date, but I want to send a single email containing all deals for that month. I have the active list set up—how can I include all deals in one email?

How to Email an Active List of Deals in One Go

@Hatim1 ah, I misunderstood you there. In that case you would build the contact list as explained in my previous reply, then export the list as a spreadsheet, them manually send an email with that attachment.
If you're referring to sales emails, you would have to do the following:
Create a contact based list (when you add a filter, use the 'Filtering on' drop-down to select deals, then add your deal filter criteria or filter for deal list membership)
Create a one-email-sequence
Enroll all contacts from the list in the sequence (Keep sequence limits in mind)
This requires a Sales Hub Pro seat
If you're referring to marketing emails and the emails should include deal information, you would:
Create a deal-based workflow
Enroll deals 'When filter criteria is met' > filter by list membership or recreate criteria
Add action to send marketing email
This requires Marketing Hub Professional
If the emails are not supposed to contain deal information you can simply:
Create contact based list (see above)
Prepare regular marketing email send
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions or need detailed documentation on anything!

I wish to send the list to my internal team via an email. So my Finance team should be notified that for the month of Feb this is the list of deals whose rent needs to be increased.
Is it possible to send 1 email with the entire list?
