How to Display a Conditional Logic Property After Value is Known (Without New Card)

SOLVE

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to configure a conditional logic property in HubSpot so that it becomes visible after the value of a related property is set. However, I want the property to appear under the Controlling property on the same card instead of creating a new one.

Right now, I see it working only by using a new card or adding it under the Controlling property, but that’s not ideal for my use case. Is there a way to make the conditional property appear dynamically within the same card after the Controlling property?

Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

@RMurali if you're referring to continue showing the conditional fields, this is currently not possible.

This is unfortunately not possible at this stage. However, other users have requested this before: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Allow-dependent-properties-to-persistently-show-on-th...

These requests submitted to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community are reviewed by the HubSpot product team, based on their popularity and the assumed demand. I'd recommend commenting and upvoting.

You can also help other HubSpot users find this request more easily (and drive traction) by accepting my reply as a solution. I'd appreciate it, too.

Have a great day!

Hi @RMurali,

Conditional fields will always either show up right below the controlling field or in the right sidebar, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/set-up-conditional-logic-for-enumeration-properties

There shouldn't be an extra card required. If that's not what you mean, can you please share screenshots?
