We are using the first column in the "Deals" section as a holding place to get a quick summary of all new opportunities. These are automatically created using a Workflow. But, I can not seem to find a way to use a Workflow to automatically Delete these deals, after they have expired - 90 days.
Because there are hundreds every month, we are hoping this isn't a manual process.
While you can create deals through a workflow, there is no automated way to delete them. Perhaps a good idea to add to the ideas forum (ideas.hubspot.com).
The best workaround to this is to create a workflow to create a "task" to manually delete the deal after x amount of days. These tasks can be assigned to anyone in the Hubspot portal so it could be an entry-level digital marketer or the sales rep.
