Somehow a conversation is started in my CRM Inbox, however I can't find a workflow that is triggering this. Although it appears to be working, I don't know where it is setup or how. I also can't find anything in the form settings to set this up or to trigger other notifications.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes I did find this functionality myself after stumbling around in the dark for ages. I could not find any documentation on the matter. What I still don't know though is where the seettings are to trigger an email notification when a form is posted. I do get one myself, but can't find where to set this up for others. ALso I need to be able to conditionally send email notifications upon form post to the relevant person based on a form field choice. Thanks

Thanks for asking the question so we could pull the answer out of the dark.
For conditional notification, that would be a Workflow. With Form Submission as the trigger, then you can If/Then branch off of it and create in-app notifications or auto emails to specific addresses.
