How do you manage your corporate inbox in HubSpot?
Hello everyone,
I'm currently using Hubspot for my CRM and I'm running into an issue with connecting my corporate inbox. I'm receiving a lot of spam and promotions on my corporate email and when I sync it with Hubspot, it creates a contact and company for each one, resulting in a long list of unwanted data.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and how they manage their corporate inbox in Hubspot. Do you create a middleman email to filter out unwanted messages before syncing with Hubspot? Or do you have any other suggestions or best practices to manage this?

I appreciate your suggestion to prevent Hubspot from creating contacts in case of sending emails, but my concern is primarily with the incoming emails.
