Has anyone had any success in logging mass postal mail in HubSpot? I know how to do it, adding it as a custom property, but that's really not ideal, having to do that for every mailer. TIA!
Could you share what your ideal process would look like?
In general however, it's unlikely that any alternative is going to be faster than bulk editing a property value or importing into it. That is a lean process already.
Best regards!

Ideally, when I'm building my campaign, there would be an option for printed mail like there is for all the digital assets. It would be even better if I could associate the custom QR code so that it's included when I'm evaluating attribution.

As a workaround, you could use the Data Hub to connect and map the essential attribution data generated by your custom QR code, ensuring that performance is accurately captured and measured alongside your digital campaign efforts.
Or you could still track print touchpoints by adding them as "Other" assets and using QR codes with appropriate tracking links.

You could streamline this by creating a custom activity type or using a workflow integration to log mass mailers in bulk instead of adding a custom property each time.
Hi @lancomeoryx and thank you so much for contributing to the HubSpot Community!
I see you’re suggesting the use of a custom property (activity type). I’d love to hear more about your workflow, are there any specific triggers and actions you’d recommend to help @KtenHman streamline this process?
