How do I import 'categories' when exporting contacts from Outlook?

Hi guys,
So I'm exporting my contacts from Outlook to a csv file.
The outlook contacts are messy and contain dupliates etc so I will tidy up contacts in a spreadsheet then import into Hubspot CRM
My problem is, that when I export contacts from MS Outlook, the category information is not getting exported.
for example: Adam Smith has 3 categories 'R&D', 'IT' and '5G'
but when I export it, I don't see any of these categories.
1) Appreciate this is more of an Outlook questions: is it possible to see these categories in the export? how would I go about doing this? I've tried searching the web but not found anything that works (I use the web-version)
2) If I instead sync contacts to Outlook, will category data be synced too and would that be available in Hubspot?

It looks like Categories are considered an Outlook field and HubSpot allows for mapping up to 14 default fields as part of the Operations Hub Starter, Professional or Enterprise data sync: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/connect-hubspot-and-outlook-contacts#customize-your-field... (disclaimer: I haven't checked this either but you could do a trial or short subscription for one of these products to check)
