How do I fix "authentication has expired" when changing admin email in HubSpot?

Hello, 

I need to update my admin email and login id, but when I try to change it and confirm the new mail, I always get "The authenitcation has expired" message. 

Kindly help me with the same.

Have you tried in a private tab with all extensions disabled, does the problem persist still? Are you using a supported browser? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/browsers-supported-by-hubspot

Yes. I am using chrome browser and incoginto mode.
