How do I exclude specific email addresses, not domains, from showing in the contact list?

We are getting a lot of emails coming in that are going to an unassigned person when I would like to ignore those emails from everything. I see in this article where you can exclude an entire domain but I don't want to exclude the entire domain.  I need some of the emails from the doman just not all.

Hi @dge-sales,

You can specify a specific email address. Not in the link you provided:

  • To never log emails sent to a specific recipient, enter the email address as emailaddress@domain.com (e.g., name@hubspot.com).

By adding the full email address, others from the domain will still be logged.

Hey @Josh ...appreciate your quick reply. Do you know where I would do that?

It is not the emails I send.  It is the emails I RECEIVE.

I had the wrong link.

It only shows domains.  Not individual email addresses.
