I am evaluating HubSpot for use in our compnay. I originally set-up a colleague as a 'Contact' in HubSpot but have now made them a 'User' so they too can evaluate and give me their feedback. I have now set them up as a 'User' but they have email tracking history as a 'Contact' that I'd like to retain and merge into their updated 'User' status.
Hey @JAM this is not something that is currently possible to do on HubSpot (and not something I believe is in planning). You will need to delete this records on your CRM.
